All returns, claims or complaints must be received within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return product to us prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, Etc. within 30 days with a brief explanation as to the problem. Enclose copies of paperwork and be sure to use proper packing materials to ensure safe transit.
